Im having a really big problem with algae green hair and red slime. I know when i had my yellow tang and blue hippo tang i barely had any algae of any kind in my tank. are there any other kinds of fish that eat on algae or are them the only ones if even them? any suggestions??

Nothing I know of will eat cyanobacteria (red slime) it is not actually an algae, its a bacteria. Most tangs, rabbit fish, some blennies will eat other types of algae.

I have a yellow eyed kole tang, that is one algae destoyer. He almost cleans the glass as well as the mag float. He hasn't touched any hair or the green algae on the CC. But the glass and the rocks, all I can say is WOW.
