im trying to breed clownfish and dont want to mess anything up so i want to know if i move my rock around will it stop them from breeding or take longer to settle the dominance thing

Unless they are a proven mated pair (laying eggs) feel free to move the rock around till you get it right.

okay i have two clownfish and just recently i see the bigger one doing the sizure thing to the little one is this normal or is my clownfish messed up in the head lol... i mean theres a good inch between their sizes

The large one is setting dominance with the smaller one. This is typical clown behavior.

If they are still setting dominance then you still have some time before they breed so it would be fine to arrange the rockwork

there is a good book out you might want to read tells you evrything you need to know about clownfishs and breeding them pm me ill send you the link.
