Opinions on the naso tang? I am trying to find some more tangs that are compatible with my yellow tang.
I love tangs... lol
I have seen people with numerous tangs in a 125g, have also seen people with two tangs fight LOL so a lot is on the temperament of the actual fish I know.
Just trying to figure out what fish I want next is the issue.

i dont know about tangs but i know there is a certain family of wrasse that if you put them in at the same time they do fine together but if you them in separate the first one will become territorial and fight off the second one.
Having a 44 gallon corner reef tank i will be limited to reef safe wrasses for my elaborate colored fish that are free swimming. Maybe an angel of some sort if i get lucky with the one i get. Wish i could have a tang.

Angels = ehh with corals... so I am staying away from the angels.
Most tangs if you introduce at the same time are okay as well... just want to stay away from the same shape tangs from what I hear. The Naso's are a different body style so to speak, as well as the vlamingi tang or the chocolate tang.

yeah my coral beauty doesnt seem to bother anything. I think as long as it is fed it should leave things alone.

Both Nasos are gorgeous, especially when fully grown

Naso tangs can get very large. I would not recommend putting one in a tank smaller than 180 gallons.
