Do favias have the same requirements as most lps? do they have long or short sweeper tentacles.

I believe, if my mind is correct, i saw a pic of a favia with a 6 inch sweeper rocking another coral. Just cant remember if the favia was the one doing the shocking, or was the shockee. Someone else chime in?

Thats likely,if it was in the right current and was in feed mode they can produce some long sweepers. The sweepers can and usually do burn other coral they touch.
