Awesome, I just sold one about that size that someone traded in for a hundred bucks, I have no idea what it was actually worth but the buyer was quite happy lol.

Thats about the right price for a Silver. Once this guy gets a bit bigger he is going to a new home in Bruce's 300 gallon tank. Im just having a hard time parting with him.

Josh, if you can sell him and make some money then by all means DO IT!!! That would go a long way towards helping you with your upcoming setup, think about how much pvc $100 can buy.
I'm not sure but I ordered an arrowana at JoMars in May but I ended up not taking it once it came in because it was too small to go with the fish that I had. I wonder if that is the same one.

Im not wanting to sell him. Only reason I asked you if you wanted one is because he will get too big for my tank. He isnt for sale. If he goes to you then I at least he will go to a good home.
I ordered this one from Barry. 2 of them came in. I took both of them but the other one died on me.

The only thing that has me concerned about him going in my tank is that there is no area above the water line. It is my understanding that they like to cruise the surface. There is no way that I can lower my water level since I have an overflow.

Im pretty sure he would be fine. Mine stays at the top most of the time. Even when the tank is topped off he is fine. He actually swims down at the bottom and hangs out some.

He is gone now. duke33 took him home wiht him after the swap yesterday. Its been a sad evening. I miss him, but he is in a nice big new home.
We measured him when we caught him yesterday and he was 17 1/2 inches long. Might have to get me another little one and grow it out.
