Refugium Lighting

I have a 29 gal refugium with chaeto. What's the best lighting options? I have a couple 55w PCs.

I also have a regular clamp on lamp. I have a screw in 20w 6500K Daylight Compact Fluorescent bulb. Would this work?

I'm new at this Fuge thing. Any thoughts on the subject would be appreciated.

The clamp light will work just fine. I use a clamp light with a 26w 6500k. The 55w PC would also work but a little overkill IMO.

Thanks, I've tried the 6500K bulb the last few nights and it seems to be doing fine. I was just concerned it wasn't enough light.
