I would say just about any soft coral... Xenia, GSP, mushrooms, Zoa's, etc.

About any lower flow coral will do nice, you don't have near the amount of flow that I would recommend on a 55 though that said, mushrooms, zoas should work well. Green star prob wont work all that good, it likes heavy flow. Most LPS would work well also.

What is the turn over rate that you recommend for a reef tank. I have a 2 large GSP and they seem to come out more in lower flow.
90 Gal - 2 k4s, 1 k2 - I know , I knowbut I waited and waited, now you have them. Do I truly need a Seio 1000?

LOL no actually I don't have any again, those things sell out fast. Turn over is dependent upon the animals you want to keep. If you are doing mostly soft coral I would say a minimum of 25X turn over in that tank. However if you were doing SPS it could easily get to where you would need 60-75 X turn over. As coral biomass increases the space they occupy decreases and flow becomes harder to maintain. Do you need a SEIO 1000? No you can achieve the needed flow with a single TUNZE 6101 or a single Vortech. But the SEIO 1000 or SEIO 1500 are by far much more economical than those options. A SEIO is no competition with a Vortech or Turbelle Stream, but it's price and it's performance mean it is a good choice for beginners on a tighter budget.
BTW: SEIOS are on order again.

60 to 75! Wow that means I would need about 6000 gph. I am currently around 3000 gph. I am trying to picture the corals now just flying in the current. How much does a 1000 do? Would that be enough with my others?
