I need some advice on a small nano powerhead. I have a 10g setup and need a powerhead and was wonder what size would be the best for something that small.

Probably a couple small maxijets would be good for a nano tank.

two mj600s would probably do well.

Depends on what you want to keep in it, but for general soft coral and a few LPS needs an MJ400 or two should do a nice job.

What is going to be in there is frog spawn, zoas, xenia, and a anemone. The tank is so little so I want to try to just put one in it and I want it to be as compact as possible.

I tryed my old Hydor koralia 3 in it and it was way to much flow and it was really sucking in my 37g.

Yes a prop pump of any size would be a bad idea in such a small tank as this. The flow is dispersed far to wide. You need more laminar flow in this case I think. A MJ400 or 600 pointed toward the front at a 45 degree angle would be your best bet I think.
